展览业与货物贸易关系研究

【摘要】：展览业具有强大的贸易功能，同时展览业的发展也受货物贸易的影响。本文以国际贸易理论为切入点，结合展览业发展特点探讨了我国展览业与货物贸易的相互影响关系以及实现这一相互影响关系的具体机制。展览业与货物贸易发展依托同样的产业基础，需要共同的交通条件，同时两者的相互影响要建立在双方获得一定发展的基础上。展览业通过技术进步、资源配置、需求变化以及规模经济促进货物贸易的发展，货物贸易反过来也通过技术进步、资源配置、需求变化促进展览业的发展。为了能定量描述展览业发展水平，限于数据的可获得性，本文选取展会数量、展馆数量、展会面积与展馆室内面积这四个规模指标进行主成分分析，建立展览业现实发展水平这一衡量展览业发展水平的指标，并通过聚类分析验证了运用这个规模指标代表展览业发展水平的合理性。在此基础上，通过主成分回归以及分位数回归分对外贸易总额、进口贸易额、出口贸易额对展览业与货物贸易的关系进行实证研究，研究结果表明展览业发展对货物贸易发展的影响非常显著，展览业发展水平的提高能够促进货物贸易规模扩大，而且对进口贸易的促进作用要大于对出口贸易的促进作用。另一方面，在现阶段，对外贸易总额对展览业发展的影响不显著；分进口贸易额与出口贸易额来看，，进口贸易额对展览业发展影响显著，进口贸易额扩大能够促进展览业发展水平的提高，而且这种促进作用只有在展览业发展到一定水平才能显现，随着展览业发展水平的不断提高，这种促进作用也不断增加；出口贸易额对展览业发展影响不显著，这主要是因为我国大部分地区展览业发展仍处在发展初期，展览业发展更多受到政治、文化等方面的影响，出口贸易对展览业的带动作用尚未显现。为了实现展览业与货物贸易共同发展，论文提出了相关的政策建议，具体包括：完善政府对展览业的宏观管理和规划；确立展览业市场化运行机制；加强展览业贸易功能建设；促进外贸稳定发展，特别是进口贸易的持续稳定发展等。
[Abstract]:The exhibition industry has a strong function of trade, development and exhibition industry is also affected by the trade in goods. In this paper, the theory of international trade as the starting point, combined with the development of the exhibition industry to explore the characteristics of the mutual influence of China's exhibition industry and commodity trade relations and the mutual influence relations. The specific mechanism of the exhibition industry and trade in goods relying on the same basis of industry development, the need for common traffic conditions, influence each other and both should be established on the basis of the development of both sides. In order to quantitatively describe the development of the exhibition industry level, the limited data available, this paper selects the number of exhibition hall, the number of principal component analysis for the exhibition area and indoor exhibition hall area of the four scale indicators, the establishment of the exhibition industry development level of the real measure of the development of the exhibition industry level indicators, and verified the rationality of using the scale index on behalf of the exhibition industry development level through cluster analysis. On this basis, through principal component regression and quantile regression of total foreign trade, import trade, carried out an empirical study on the relationship between export trade volume of exhibition industry and trade, the results showed that the effect of the development of the exhibition industry on the development of trade in goods is very significant, the exhibition industry development can promote the scale of trade in goods and expansion of import trade promoting effect will be greater than that of the export trade to promote the role of the other party. The surface, at this stage, the impact of foreign trade on the total development of the exhibition industry is not significant; import trade and export trade, import trade on the development of the exhibition industry has significant influence on import trade expansion can promote the development of the exhibition industry to raise the level, but this effect only in the development of the exhibition industry to a certain level to show, with the development of the exhibition industry standards continue to improve, this effect will continue to increase; export trade development of the exhibition industry is not significantly affected, this is mainly because the development of the exhibition industry in most areas of our country is still in the early stages of development, the development of the exhibition industry have more political, cultural and other aspects of the impact, the leading role on the export trade exhibition the industry has not yet appeared.
In order to realize the common development of exhibition industry and trade in goods, the paper puts forward relevant policy suggestions, including: perfecting the government macro management of the exhibition industry and planning; establishment of operation mechanism of exhibition industry and exhibition industry trade market; strengthen the function of construction; promote the stable development of foreign trade, especially import trade sustained and stable development.
