上海会展专业人才开发研究

【摘要】：会展业是现代服务业的一种重要形式,对一个国家和地区的经济具有较强的拉动作用,成为深受各国关注的热门朝阳产业。会展业的发展带动了会展业专业人才的旺盛需求,然而我国缺乏一个成熟、系统的会展专业人才培养体系,制约了会展业的发展。上海为中国重要的会展业基地,建立一套完备的会展专业人才培养体系、培养高素质的会展业专业人才是当前上海会展业快速健康发展面临的重要问题之一。本文利用文献分析法、案例分析法对上海市会展专业的人才开发问题进行了系统分析,全文共有六章:第一章介绍了研究背景、研究的目的和意义、国内外研究现状、研究思路和研究方法以及主要研究内容。第二章是会展专业人才的基本概述,介绍了国内外会展专业人才的定义,会展专业人才开发的定义以及理论基础。第三章介绍了上海会展业的发展现状及会展专业人才的开发现状。第四章剖析了上海会展专业人才开发中存在的主要问题,介绍了会展专业人才开发的三个瓶颈问题。第五章以上海市VNU会展企业项目经理的开发为例,介绍企业会展专业人才的开发实践,以期对会展开发有微观的考察。第六章从构建更专业的会展专业人才教育体系、加大政府和行业协会之间的引导、提升会展企业和培训机构的实践培育作用、加强国内外会展行业人才的交流与合作和完善保留会展专业人才配套机制五个方面提出了上海会展专业人才开发的政策建议。第七章对本文的研究结论进行了总结与展望。
[Abstract]:Convention and exhibition industry is an important form of modern service industry, which has a strong pulling effect on the economy of a country and region, and has become a hot sunrise industry deeply concerned by all countries. The development of convention and exhibition industry has driven the exuberant demand of professional talents of convention and exhibition industry. However, our country lacks a mature and systematic training system of exhibition professionals, which restricts the development of exhibition industry. Shanghai is an important exhibition industry base in China. It is one of the important problems that Shanghai exhibition industry faces to develop rapidly and healthily. This paper uses literature analysis and case analysis to analyze the talent development of exhibition major in Shanghai. There are six chapters in this paper: the first chapter introduces the research background, the purpose and significance of the research, the current research situation at home and abroad. Research ideas, research methods and main research contents. The second chapter is the basic overview of exhibition professionals, introduces the definition of exhibition professionals at home and abroad, the definition of the development of exhibition professionals, as well as the theoretical basis. The third chapter introduces the development of Shanghai exhibition industry and the development of exhibition professionals. The fourth chapter analyzes the main problems existing in the development of exhibition talents in Shanghai, and introduces the three bottleneck problems in the development of exhibition professionals. The fifth chapter takes the development of project manager of VNU exhibition enterprise in Shanghai as an example to introduce the development practice of exhibition professionals in order to make a microscopic investigation on the development of exhibition and exhibition. Chapter VI from the construction of a more professional exhibition professionals education system, to strengthen the guidance between the government and industry associations, to enhance the exhibition enterprises and training institutions of the practical role of cultivation, This paper puts forward some policy suggestions on the development of exhibition professionals in Shanghai from five aspects: strengthening the exchange and cooperation between domestic and foreign exhibition professionals and perfecting the supporting mechanism of retaining exhibition professionals. In the seventh chapter, the conclusion of this paper is summarized and prospected.
