弦支柱面网壳的理论分析与试验研究

【摘要】: 弦支网壳是由Fuller的“张拉整体”思想发展而来的,一种典型的由索、杆、梁单元组成的空间结构体系。该体系可充分发挥预应力技术的优势来提高单层网壳的刚度和承载能力。近年来弦支网壳已有较多的研究和工程应用,如用于体育建筑、会展建筑等,但其建筑平面多为与穹顶球面(椭球面)网壳相应的圆形平面(椭圆形平面),比较单一,影响了推广应用范围。本文提出一种由上部单层柱面网壳和下部弦支体系组合而成的弦支柱面网壳,对这种新型空间结构进行了系统的研究。 第1章总结了大跨度空间结构的分类,系统地分析了弦支网壳结构的发展历史、工程应用和研究现状,并确定了本文的研究内容。 第2章对弦支柱面网壳的形式进行了分类,提出了四种类型的单体弦支柱面网壳,并根据支承条件提出了四种组合方式,这些形式可以应用于不同建筑造型的大跨度空间结构。 第3章总结了弦支网壳的形态分析问题,包括形态分析问题的分类、求解思路和下部索杆的预应力设计。 第4章以三环弦支单向斜杆正交正放网格型柱面网壳结构为例,分析了该结构在均布荷载作用下的静动力性能,研究了结构在预应力水平、网壳杆件截面、矢跨比和平面尺寸等参数下的力学性能。 第5章分析了三环弦支的两种类型的柱面网壳的特征值屈曲,研究了结构在预应力水平、网壳杆件截面、矢跨比和平面尺寸等参数下的特征值屈曲特性。以三环弦支单向斜杆正交正放网格型柱面网壳结构为例,分析了均布荷载作用下,该结构在,预应力水平、网壳杆件截面、矢跨比、平面尺寸和初始缺陷等参数下的非线性屈曲性能。研究了不同弦支环数对弦支柱面网壳稳定性能的影响,并比较了两种大跨度空间结构的经济性能。 第6章以深圳北站无柱站台雨棚为背景,设计了3×3网格的1/8缩尺模型,对其进行了下部索杆预应力张拉试验、静力加载试验和局部断索(杆)试验,并对试验实测数据与理论分析结果进行了比较和分析。 第7章对本文研究的内容进行了总结,指出了该种新型结构仍需要解决的一些问题,明确了今后的研究方向。
[Abstract]:The chord-branch latticed shell is developed from Fuller's idea of "tensioning as a whole", which is a typical spatial structure system composed of cable, bar and beam elements. The system can give full play to the advantages of prestressed technology to improve the stiffness and bearing capacity of single-layer latticed shells. In recent years, chord branch latticed shells have been studied and applied in engineering, such as sports buildings, exhibition buildings, etc., but most of their building planes are circular planes (ellipsoidal planes) corresponding to dome spherical (ellipsoidal) reticulated shells, which are relatively simple. The range of popularization and application is affected. In this paper, a kind of chord support reticulated shell composed of the upper monolayer cylindrical reticulated shell and the lower chord branch system is proposed, and the new space structure is systematically studied. Chapter 1 summarizes the classification of long-span spatial structures, systematically analyzes the history of development, engineering application and research status of chord supported latticed shell structures, and determines the research contents of this paper. In chapter 2, the form of chord strut latticed shell is classified, and four types of single chord strut reticulated shell are proposed. According to the supporting conditions, four kinds of combination methods are proposed. These forms can be applied to large span spatial structures with different architectural shapes. In chapter 3, the shape analysis problems of chord latticed shell are summarized, including the classification of the shape analysis problem, the solution idea and the design of the prestressing force of the lower cable-bar. In chapter 4, the static and dynamic behavior of the three-ring chord-supported unidirectional oblique bar orthogonal orthotropic cylindrical reticulated shell structure under uniform load is analyzed, and the prestressing level of the structure and the section of the latticed shell member are studied. The mechanical properties under the parameters such as rise-span ratio and plane size. In chapter 5, the eigenvalue buckling of two types of cylindrical latticed shells with three-ring chord support is analyzed, and the eigenvalue buckling characteristics of the structure under the prestress level, the member section of the latticed shell, the rise-span ratio and the plane size are studied. Taking the three-ring chord-supported unidirectional oblique bar orthotropic cylindrical reticulated shell structure as an example, the structure under uniform load is analyzed in terms of the prestressing level, the cross section of the latticed shell member and the rise-span ratio. The nonlinear buckling performance under the parameters of plane size and initial defect. The influence of the number of chord rings on the stability of reticulated shell with chord support is studied, and the economic performance of two kinds of long-span space structures is compared. In chapter 6, the 1 / 8 scale model of 3 脳 3 mesh is designed based on the rain shed without column of Shenzhen North Railway Station, and the prestressing tension test, static loading test and local broken cable (bar) test are carried out on the model. The experimental data are compared with the theoretical analysis results. Chapter 7 summarizes the contents of this paper, points out some problems that still need to be solved, and clarifies the research direction in the future.
