【摘要】：本文主要通过收集、学习、参阅党和国家、内蒙古自治区以及农业银行近年来出台的一系列惠农、富农的政策文件、相关理论文章,从农业银行面向“三农”的大背景以及其社会意义和经济意义入手,在对内蒙古自治区近年来农牧业发展现状、农行内蒙古分行服务“三农三牧”业务发展取得的成绩、下一步工作面临的难点和障碍进行深入分析的基础上,理论联系实际提出了农业银行内蒙古分行下一步服务“三农三牧”应确立的原则、主要目标、思路及措施,并提出了有效实现服务“三农三牧”的保障性政策,得出农行内蒙古分行服务“三农三牧”具有政策优势、品牌优势和广泛的市场空间,只要把握好着力点,抓好相关配套政策措施的落实,将大有可为,并对农行内蒙古分行在城乡两个市场建立差异化的同业竞争优势具有很大帮助的结论。
