基于点评网数据的住宿业区位特征研究——以苏州市为例

【摘要】:随着互联网的发展,住宿业区位选择的变化以及不同区位消费活动特征逐渐成为可供探究的话题。本文从大众点评网中抓取苏州市8种住宿业业态类型,利用主成分分析法和聚类分析法划分出6种不同特征区位类型,结合消费者点评数据,探究了住宿业的区位分布特征以及集聚效应与网络评分之间的关联。
[Abstract]:With the development of Internet, the change of location choice of accommodation industry and the characteristics of consumption activities in different locations gradually become the topic to be explored. In this paper, eight types of accommodation industry in Suzhou are drawn from Dianping net, and six different characteristic locational types are divided by principal component analysis and cluster analysis, which are combined with consumer evaluation data. This paper probes into the location distribution characteristics of accommodation industry and the relationship between agglomeration effect and network score.
