广西壮族自治区双语教育政策绩效研究

【摘要】：在构建起涵盖了"内部条件、外部条件、主观绩效和客观绩效"四个纬度的双语教育政策绩效评价指标体系的基础上,通过对广西壮族自治区南宁市武鸣区4所中小学中的2000多名师生为样本进行问卷调查和访谈并运用因子分析方法进行的分析研究表明:"教师教学能力"和"政策满意度"对双语教育政策实施绩效的影响最大,学生的"学习基础""政策知晓度"和"教材课程等支持条件"位居其次,而学生的"学习动机与方法"对双语教育政策实施绩效也产生一定影响。为切实提高双语教育政策绩效存,应加强规划统筹协调,加大经费投入强度;构建双语教育体系,创新教育教学模式;加强双语课程建设,科学制定教材规划;推进教师队伍建设,确保质量同步提增;把握规律导向舆论,有效提升育人能力;精心打造创新工程,彰显独特文化功能。
[Abstract]:On the basis of constructing the performance evaluation index system of bilingual education policy including "internal condition, external condition, subjective performance and objective performance". More than 2000 teachers and students in four primary and secondary schools in Wuming District, Nanning City, Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous region, were investigated and interviewed by questionnaires and interviews. The results showed that: "Teachers' teaching ability" And "policy satisfaction" has the greatest impact on the performance of bilingual education policy implementation. Students'"learning foundation", "policy awareness" and "textbook curriculum" ranked second. In order to improve the performance of bilingual education policy, we should strengthen the coordination of planning and increase the intensity of expenditure. Constructing bilingual education system and innovating teaching mode; Strengthen bilingual curriculum construction and scientifically formulate teaching material planning; To promote the construction of teachers' team and ensure the quality to increase simultaneously; Grasp the law to guide public opinion, effectively improve the ability to educate people; Create innovative projects and highlight unique cultural functions.
