中国与东盟物流企业跨国战略联盟的绩效评价及其提升策略研究

【摘要】:进入新世纪后,全球化贸易不断发展,区域合作不断加深,同时“一带一路”伟大战略不断深入推进,使中国与东盟的贸易受到越来越多的关注,作为双边贸易基础的物流行业更是备受瞩目,相关调查表明中国与东盟物流企业开展跨国战略联盟已成为一种趋势。中国与东盟物流企业CBSA获得了一定的成功,但整体的合作绩效还处于较低水平。相关结果证实,中国与东盟物流企业CBSA绩效低下的主要原因在于其绩效评价的内容不够全面,绩效提升的策略不够明确。因此,研究中国与东盟物流企业CBSA的绩效能够提高相关企业合作的成功率和绩效。本文在文献研究法的基础上,结合深入调研,分析得出中国与东盟物流企业CBSA的动因是:第一,获取当地资源,为跨境物流和贸易提供支持;第二,降低物流成本,提高服务水平;第三,减少经营风险,形成优势互补。然后在分析其产生绩效原理的基础上,归纳出其绩效的实质包括两个层面:预期的绩效和非预期的绩效。同时,据此构建出相应的评价指标体系并提出针对性的绩效提升策略。得出的结论为:注重联盟伙伴的人力资源状况、财务资源以及声誉资源,强化联盟伙伴投入的关系资源,降低市场风险,防范金融风险,积极应对自然风险,降低政治风险、合作关系风险和能力风险,降低运输成本、仓储成本和清关成本。非预期的绩效的提升策略是提高联盟信息化的能力、联盟信息技术的安全性、联盟信息系统的兼容能力、联盟信息技术的稳定性,提高交通运输设施的利用率、仓储设施的利用率和包装及搬运设施的利用率,提高市场占有率和增强市场力量。本文在丰富相关绩效理论的基础上,为中国与东盟物流企业CBSA的绩效提升提供了有力的借鉴。
[Abstract]:After entering the new century, with the continuous development of global trade and the deepening of regional cooperation, the great strategy of "Belt and Road" has been pushed forward in depth, and the trade between China and ASEAN has received more and more attention. Logistics industry, which is the basis of bilateral trade, has attracted much attention. The related investigation shows that the multinational strategic alliance between China and ASEAN logistics enterprises has become a trend. China and ASEAN logistics enterprises CBSA has achieved some success, but the overall performance of cooperation is still at a low level. The related results confirm that the main reason for the low CBSA performance of China and ASEAN logistics enterprises is that the content of performance evaluation is not comprehensive enough and the strategy of performance improvement is not clear enough. Therefore, studying the CBSA performance of China and ASEAN logistics enterprises can improve the success rate and performance of related enterprises. On the basis of literature research and in-depth investigation, this paper concludes that the motivation of CBSA of China and ASEAN logistics enterprises is: first, to obtain local resources to provide support for cross-border logistics and trade; second, to reduce logistics costs. Improve service level; third, reduce business risks and form complementary advantages. Then on the basis of analyzing the principle of its producing performance, the paper concludes that the essence of its performance includes two levels: expected performance and unexpected performance. At the same time, the corresponding evaluation index system is constructed and targeted performance promotion strategy is put forward. The conclusions are as follows: pay attention to the human resources, financial resources and reputation resources of the alliance partners, strengthen the relationship resources invested by the alliance partners, reduce the market risks, guard against the financial risks, actively deal with the natural risks and reduce the political risks. Partnership risk and capability risk, reduce transportation cost, storage cost and customs clearance cost. The unexpected performance promotion strategy is to improve the ability of alliance information, the security of alliance information technology, the compatibility ability of alliance information system, the stability of alliance information technology, and improve the utilization rate of transportation facilities. Utilization of storage facilities and packaging and handling facilities, increase market share and strengthen market forces. On the basis of enriching the relevant performance theory, this paper provides a powerful reference for the improvement of CBSA performance of China and ASEAN logistics enterprises.
