资源拼凑对商业模式演变影响的案例研究

【摘要】:有研究表明,对于资源受限的企业来说,进行资源拼凑会大大提高企业的成长绩效。资源拼凑包含三个要素:手边现有的资源、将就、整合资源用于新目的。在现实生活中,初创企业在资源匮乏时,往往会利用现有的有限资源进行资源拼凑,经过资源拼凑,企业的商业模式会发生相应改变。随着时代的发展,商业模式在变迁和进步,对商业模式演变的研究也在不断深入,不断与新的现实情境相结合。所以,研究资源拼凑行为对商业模式演变的影响具有很大的现实意义。本文主要在对资源拼凑和商业模式演变相关理论进行回顾研究的基础上,从理论分析资源拼凑对商业模式产生一定的影响,并构建了资源拼凑对商业模式演变影响的模型。然后在理论分析的基础上,采用案例研究方法,选择了e袋洗和沪江网两个进行过资源拼凑的企业,以两个案例企业的资源拼凑和商业模式变化为主要研究对象,通过收集现有与两个案例企业发展相关的公开发表文献、书籍、研究报告、新闻等方式获取案例数据资料,采用扎根理论的方式,通过对案例企业资源拼凑和商业模式相关资料进行编码分析,系统地研究了资源拼凑对商业模式内部要素以及对商业模式演变的影响,并得到企业可以通过采用资源拼凑行为来设计商业模式的启示。得出的主要结论如下:1)资源拼凑会导致商业模式内部主导性要素及要素间关系发生变化,使企业从目标导向型商业模式进入手段导向型商业模式。2)企业通过资源拼凑而形成的商业模式演变可以概括为三个阶段:目标导向型商业模式,手段导向型商业模式和融合型(目标导向和手段导向同时存在)商业模式。对企业的启示如下:1)创业企业在初创阶段可以根据自身特征(主要指企业是否具备价值主张或核心资源)去设计合理的商业模式。2)在企业成长过程中,企业可以通过进行资源拼凑行为对商业模式演变的影响阶段来改进或设计商业模式。以上结论和启示具有一定的适用性,也具有相当的局限性,部分结论的公允性也需要进行深入的定量研究来证实。
[Abstract]:Research has shown that resource patchwork will greatly improve the growth performance of enterprises with limited resources. Resource patchwork includes three elements: the existing resources at hand, will be used to integrate resources for new purposes. In real life, start-ups often make use of existing limited resources to piece together resources when resources are scarce, The business model of the enterprise will change accordingly. With the development of the times, the business model is changing and progresses, and the research on the evolution of business model is constantly deepening and constantly combining with the new reality situation. Therefore, it is of great practical significance to study the impact of the patchwork of resources on the evolution of business model. On the basis of reviewing the theory of resources Patchwork and the evolution of business model, this paper analyzes the impact of resource patchwork on the business model from theoretical analysis, and constructs a model of the impact of resource patchwork on the evolution of business model. Then, on the basis of theoretical analysis, a case study method is adopted to select the e bag washing and Shanghai network. Two enterprises that have done resource patchwork, take the resources patchwork of two case enterprises and the change of business model as the main research object. By collecting the existing documents, books, research reports, news and other ways to obtain the data of the case data, through the method of taking root theory, through the case business, the case enterprise is obtained. The resources Patchwork and business model related data are encoded and analyzed, and the impact of resource patchwork on the internal elements of the business model and the evolution of business model is systematically studied, and the inspiration for enterprises to design business models by using resource patchwork is obtained. The main conclusions are as follows: 1) resource patchwork will lead to business model. The internal dominant elements and the relationship between factors change, making the enterprise from the target oriented business model into the means oriented business model.2) the business model evolution formed by the resources piecing together can be summarized into three stages: the target oriented business model, the means oriented business model and the fusion type (target orientation and means) The enlightenment to the business is as follows: 1) 1) in the initial stage, the enterprise can design a reasonable business model according to its own characteristics (mainly refers to whether the enterprise has the value proposition or the core resource). In the process of enterprise growth, the enterprise can pass through the impact of the patchwork of resources on the evolution of the business model. To improve or design business models, the above conclusions and revelations have certain applicability and limitations, and the fair nature of some conclusions should be confirmed by in-depth quantitative research.
