研发投入对高新区集群企业创新绩效的影响

【摘要】：从我国145个国家级高新区入手,探讨研发投入对高新区集群企业创新绩效的影响,采用社会网络分析方法得出中国高新区的四大主导产业,然后针对这四大主导产业选取上海高新区进行社会网络的拓扑性质分析,得出高新区集群企业研发投入网络具有显著的小世界特征;并进一步利用Ucinet得到研发投入网络的中心性和结构性指标,通过Eviews进行回归关系得到以下结论:等级度、度数中心度以及特征向量中心度和创新绩效正相关,有效规模、限制度和接近中心度三者与创新绩效负相关;高新区集群企业研发投入需要加强和其他合作者的直接联系,多参与到研发投入活动中来;增加行业规范性,同时要防止研发投入网络的过度紧密发展带来的创新活动放缓以及创新传播的受限,要不断吸引新的高新技术企业加入。
[Abstract]:Starting with 145 national high-tech zones in China, this paper discusses the impact of R & D investment on the innovation performance of cluster enterprises in high-tech zones, and concludes the four leading industries of China high-tech zones by using social network analysis method. Then, according to the four leading industries, Shanghai Hi-tech Zone is selected to analyze the topological properties of social network, and it is concluded that the R & D investment network of high-tech industrial clusters has the characteristics of small world. Furthermore, the central and structural indexes of R & D investment network are obtained by using Ucinet, and the following conclusions are obtained by Eviews regression relationship: grade, degree centrality and feature vector centrality are positively correlated with innovation performance and effective scale. The system of limitation and the degree of approaching centrality are negatively correlated with innovation performance; The R & D investment of cluster enterprises in high-tech zones needs to strengthen the direct contact with other partners and participate in R & D investment activities; At the same time, it is necessary to prevent the slow down of innovation activities and the limitation of innovation dissemination caused by the excessive and tight development of R & D investment network, and to attract new high-tech enterprises to join.
