【摘要】：党的十六大以来,面对当今复杂的国内外政治和经济局势,从我国基本国情出发,胡锦涛提出了推动我国科技进步的系统全面的重大战略思想。在此科技思想的指引下,过去的十年,我国科技力量突飞猛进,经济发展稳步加速,人民生活水平大大改善,综合国力空前提高。这些成就都印证着胡锦涛科技思想的重大意义所在,也揭示出本文的研究价值所在。本文深入探究和总结了胡锦涛科技思想的理论渊源,梳理了马克思、毛泽东、邓小平和江泽民的科技思想,揭示胡锦涛科技思想与其一脉相承：本文全面介绍了胡锦涛科技思想产生的时代背景,对经济全球化以及世界科技创新带来的机遇和挑战做了深入分析,并且全面解析了当前中国的基本国情和面临的客观形势,揭示胡锦涛科技思想的与时俱进。本文着重探析胡锦涛科技思想的主要内容和特征。胡锦涛科技思想包括：科学技术是第一生产力,是经济社会发展的重要推动力量；增强自主创新能力,建设创新型国家；实施人才强国战略,培养造就科技领军人才；坚持以人为本,发展民生科技；弘扬科学精神,加强科技创新文化建设；深化科技体制改革,为建设创新型国家提供良好的制度保障；大力发展节约资源和保护环境的技术,促进科技和环境的和谐发展。本文总结了胡锦涛科技思想的时代性、继承性、创新性、系统性、开放性和自主性,首次全面探究其思想特征。胡锦涛科技思想具有重大的理论价值和现实意义,本文通过将胡锦涛科技思想具体内容和近十年中国的科技进步和社会发展相结合,阐述了胡锦涛科技思想对当代中国的深刻影响。
[Abstract]:Since the 16th National Congress of the Communist Party of China (CPC), facing the complicated political and economic situation at home and abroad and proceeding from the basic conditions of our country, Hu Jintao has put forward the important strategic thought of promoting the progress of science and technology in China. Under the guidance of this thought of science and technology, in the past ten years, the scientific and technological forces of our country have advanced by leaps and bounds, the economic development has been steadily accelerated, the living standards of the people have been greatly improved, and the overall national strength has never been increased. All these achievements confirm the great significance of Hu Jintao's scientific and technological thought, and reveal the value of this paper. This paper probes into and summarizes the theoretical origin of Hu Jintao's scientific and technological thoughts, and combs the scientific and technological thoughts of Marx, Mao Zedong, Deng Xiaoping and Jiang Zemin. This paper introduces the background of the generation of Hu Jintao's scientific and technological thoughts, and analyzes the opportunities and challenges brought by the economic globalization and the scientific and technological innovation in the world, as well as a thorough analysis of the economic globalization and the opportunities and challenges brought about by scientific and technological innovation in the world. It also analyzes the basic situation of China and the objective situation, and reveals the development of Hu Jintao science and technology. This paper focuses on the main contents and characteristics of Hu Jintao's scientific and technological thoughts. Hu Jintao's scientific and technological ideas include: science and technology is the first productive force and an important driving force for economic and social development; Adhere to people-oriented, develop people's livelihood science and technology; carry forward the scientific spirit, strengthen the construction of science and technology innovation and culture; deepen the reform of the science and technology system, provide a good institutional guarantee for building an innovative country; and vigorously develop technology that saves resources and protects the environment, To promote the harmonious development of science and technology and the environment. This paper summarizes the epoch, inheritance, innovation, systematization, openness and autonomy of Hu Jintao's scientific and technological thoughts, and probes into its ideological characteristics for the first time. The scientific and technological thoughts of Hu Jintao have great theoretical value and practical significance. This paper combines the concrete contents of Hu Jintao's scientific and technological thoughts with the scientific and technological progress and social development of China in the past ten years. This paper expounds the profound influence of Hu Jintao's thoughts on science and technology to contemporary China.
