科技报告质量评价指标体系研究

【摘要】：[目的 /意义]针对当前我国科技报告资源体系建设中的质量评价问题,建立一套系统科学的评价指标体系,以为科技报告资源体系的理论研究与实践建设提供借鉴,提高科技报告服务质量。[方法 /过程]综合运用头脑风暴法、专家调查法、层次分析法与Yaahp软件,分析科技报告的质量影响因素,进而选取相应的评价指标,构建科技报告的评价指标递阶层次结构,计算各评价指标的相对权重和加权权重,进行一致性检验,结果满足一致性要求。[结果 /结论]结合现阶段我国科技报告资源体系建设实践,科技报告质量评价指标体系将从资源推荐、交流共享、科研管理3个方面得以应用。
[Abstract]:[objective / significance] in view of the quality evaluation problems in the construction of science and technology report resource system in China, a set of systematic and scientific evaluation index system is established to provide reference for the theoretical research and practice construction of science and technology report resource system. To improve the service quality of science and technology reports. [methods] using brainstorming method, expert investigation method, analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and Yaahp software to analyze the influencing factors of the quality of scientific and technological reports, and then select the corresponding evaluation indexes. The hierarchical structure of evaluation index of science and technology report is constructed, the relative weight and weighted weight of each evaluation index are calculated, and the consistency test is carried out, and the result meets the requirement of consistency. [results / conclusion] combined with the construction practice of science and technology report resource system in China at present, the evaluation index system of science and technology report quality will be applied from three aspects: resource recommendation, exchange and sharing, and scientific research management.
