精神型领导影响员工积极行为的多重中介效应研究

【摘要】：员工的积极行为对组织的持续发展和员工的健康成长具有重要意义。通过分析精神型领导对员工积极行为的直接影响,以及通过精神智力和心理资本施加的间接影响,运用SPSS18.0和LISREL8.70软件对243套主管—员工配对的有效问卷数据进行统计分析,结果表明,精神型领导正向影响员工的精神智力、心理资本和积极行为,员工的精神智力和心理资本在精神型领导对员工积极行为产生正向影响的关系中起中介作用。这对增强精神型领导行为的有效性和激发企业员工的积极行为具有重要启示。
[Abstract]:The positive behavior of the staff is of great significance to the sustainable development of the organization and the healthy growth of the staff. Through the analysis of the direct impact of spiritual leadership on the positive behavior of employees. And through the mental intelligence and mental capital exerts indirect influence, use SPSS18.0 and LISREL8.70 software to carry on the statistical analysis to 243 sets of effective questionnaire data of supervisor-employee pairing. The results show that mental leadership positively affects the mental intelligence, psychological capital and positive behavior of employees. The mental intelligence and psychological capital of employees play an intermediary role in the relationship between spiritual leadership and positive behavior of employees, which can enhance the effectiveness of mental leadership behavior and stimulate the positive behavior of employees.
