如何防止部属“心理辞职”

【摘要】:正辞职,对于很多人来说并不陌生,但人们的视野主要停留在辞去工作,也就是通常所说的"炒老板(领导)的鱿鱼",而没有关注到在工作辞职之前所出现的"心理辞职"现象,即人们在工作辞职前,工作上已经"心不在焉"了。相较于工作辞职,"心理辞职"对工作的影响更加消极和长远,如不及时矫正,可能诱发工作辞职不说,还会相互"传染",使整个组织失去应有的活力和动力。"心理辞职"的原因很复杂,既有主观原因,也有客观原因。但是,由于领导者在很大程度上主导着部属工作的"是是非非",因此,需要领导者关注这个问题,采取切实措施,防止和矫正部属的"心理辞职"。
[Abstract]:Being resigning is no stranger to many people, but people's vision is mainly about quitting their jobs. What is commonly called "firing the boss (leader)" does not pay attention to the phenomenon of "psychological resignation" that occurs before the resignation of the job, that is, people quit their jobs before they quit their jobs. Work has been "absent-minded". Compared to work resignation, "psychological resignation" has a more negative and long-term impact on the job. If not corrected in time, it may induce work resignation, not to say, It can also "infect" each other, depriving the entire organization of the energy and motivation it deserves. The reasons for "psychological resignation" are complex, both subjective and objective. Since leaders to a large extent dominate the "right and wrong" of subordinates, it is necessary for leaders to pay attention to this problem and take practical measures to prevent and correct the "psychological resignation" of subordinates.
