正交投影法的区间直觉模糊多属性决策方法及应用

【摘要】：由于客观事物的复杂性和不确定性,以及人类思维的模糊性,人们所给出的决策信息往往不是以具体的数值来表达,而区间直觉模糊集同时考虑了隶属度,非隶属度和犹豫度3方面信息,且是以区间数的形式来表示,因此,它在处理模糊性和不确定性等方面更具灵活性和实用性。TOPS IS法对与正理想解距离更近可能与负理想解的距离也更近的这一类方案排序的结果并不能完全反映各方案的优劣性,针对此不足,提出将基于"垂面"距离的TOPS IS法-正交投影法应用于区间直觉模糊多属性决策,并对其基本原理进行了解释,随后将其应用于导弹武器系统的效能评估,实现了对系统优劣程度的评价。
[Abstract]:Because of the complexity and uncertainty of objective things and the fuzziness of human thinking, the decision information given by people is often not expressed as specific values, while the interval intuitionistic fuzzy sets also take into account 3 aspects of membership, non membership and hesitation, and are expressed in the form of interval numbers. Therefore, it is dealing with fuzziness. The.TOPS IS method, which is more flexible and practical, can not fully reflect the advantages and disadvantages of each scheme, which is more close to the distance from the positive ideal solution to the negative ideal solution. The TOPS IS orthogonal projection method based on the "vertical plane" distance should be applied to the interval straight. The fuzzy multi attribute decision making, and its basic principles are explained, and then applied to the effectiveness evaluation of the missile weapon system, and the evaluation of the degree of the system is realized.
