领导者如何打破单位内的圈层壁垒

【摘要】:正单位是一个复杂的多元系统,单位员工在个性气质、文化背景、工作能力等方面既有同质性,又有异质性。因此,多数单位都存在由核心层、中间层和边缘层构成的圈层结构,圈层壁垒问题也随之而生。领导者需要意识到圈层壁垒的危害,并根据其产生原因,科学运用管理策略,打破层层壁垒,促进单位快速发展。一、单位内的圈层壁垒及危害一是岗位壁垒。单位内圈层之间岗位固化,员工只能在所处圈层
