【摘要】：正领导者讲话艺术的重要性毋庸置疑,而领导讲话的开场白则更加重要,因为恰当得体的开场白有利于话题的展开和交谈的顺利进行。下面笔者不揣浅陋,重点谈一谈领导讲话开场白应该忌讳的一些问题,以就教于方家。一、切忌以套话开场领导讲话要尽量避免官话、套话、空话,这个道理相信每位领导同志都十分清楚。道理虽然再浅显不过,但在现实生活中,套话连篇的领导却大有人在,尤其是有些领导,刚开口讲话就全是些套话。例如,我们有些领导在主持会议时经常会以赞美天气作为开场
