高明领导的“情感绑架”术

【摘要】:正与有目的性的帮助相比,潜移默化的"情感绑架"更能深入人心,同时也增加了领导者的权力再生。究竟是什么魅力可以让员工如同被戴上枷锁,牢牢的捆绑在领导者个人理想的战车上——顺境时冲锋陷阵,逆境中誓死追随?根据社会交换理论,掌握资源支配权的领导者,在下属最需要的时候不计回报地施与(例如给予财物、提拔或者寄予信任、赏识等),能够在知恩图报的社会规范作用下,使得下属自发地对领导者产生一种情感
