[Abstract]:There is no denying that under the current cadre management system, the political progress and promotion of leading cadres are not only related to their moral character, ability, performance, and other factors, but also related to such factors as opportunities, personal connections, and whether leaders appreciate and carry out. Therefore, frankly speaking, the quality, ability and performance of a leader are not necessarily proportional to his position. In real life, some leaders, though high in power and in important positions, lack a taste, mind, ability, magnanimity and prestige commensurate with their status, which makes them unconvincing.
