【摘要】：正明明可以分镜拍,为什么每场戏都要所有人先演一遍呢?"明明可以,为什么不",是我在跟新人工作过程中最常出现的台词,但现在我决定闭嘴。改变我的,是某次在教会听一位牧师讲道。那天,他用一个很寻常的比喻,说了"领导人的智慧"这个问题。他说,在一艘船上,船长必须拥有领导的智慧,才能把船平安驶向目的地;而被领导的人,也需要有被领导的智慧。若是船上的每一个人都觉得自己的看法对,都要船长听他的,那船到底该驶向何方呢?那次礼拜之后,每当我与人合作,都会先定好谁才是合作的"领导人"。
