中层干部面对双重挤压的现实选择

【摘要】：正中层干部在单位是业务骨干,处于承上启下的特殊位置,既要领会和贯彻领导意图,落实组织战略,完成承担的工作,也要分解任务,统筹资源,督促工作开展,了解和把握基层人员思想动态,理顺工作情绪等。处于上下对立和缓冲区的中层干部容易成为矛盾和冲突的焦点,那么,处于这种双重挤压的现实中,中层干部应如何选择?
[Abstract]:Middle-level cadres are the backbone of business in units and are in a special position linked to the above. They should not only understand and implement the intentions of the leadership, implement the organizational strategy, complete the work undertaken, decompose tasks, coordinate resources, supervise and promote the development of work, understand and grasp the ideological dynamics of grass-roots personnel, straighten out the working mood, and so on. Middle-level cadres in the upper and lower antagonism and buffer zone are easy to become the focus of contradiction and conflict, so, in the reality of this double extrusion, how should middle-level cadres choose?
