【摘要】：正广西壮族自治区位于中国南方,地处亚热带,适宜种植水稻,因此该区域的人民多以大米为主食。米粉是由大米制成,广西的米粉已有上千年的历史,是广西各地随处可见的小吃之一,广西人民运用勤劳和智慧将米粉做成各种各样的美食,从北至南有全州红油米粉、桂林米粉、柳州螺蛳粉、南宁老友粉、玉林牛巴粉等米粉类型,足见广西当地人民对于米粉的热爱。近年来,柳州的螺蛳粉已被列为广西
[Abstract]:Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous region is located in southern China, located in the subtropical region, suitable for rice cultivation, so the people in this region mostly rely on rice as their staple food.Rice noodles are made from rice. The rice noodles of Guangxi have a history of more than 1,000 years. They are one of the snacks found everywhere in Guangxi. The people of Guangxi use hard work and wisdom to make rice noodles into various kinds of delicacies. From the north to the south, there are red oil rice noodles from all over the state.Guilin rice noodle, Liuzhou snail powder, Nanning Laoyou powder, Yulin Niuba powder and other rice noodle types show the local people's love for rice noodle in Guangxi.In recent years, the snail powder of Liuzhou has been listed as Guangxi
