城市群聚集效应的约束条件与破解路径——品牌经济视角的思考

【摘要】:伴随着经济社会的快速发展,未来20年间中国的城市化进程将会快速提升。与工业化中期不同的是,未来的城市化将采取以"城市群"为主体形态的整体推进方式,这导致大规模人口进入城市,还会促使中国走上一条"紧凑的、集约化、高密度的城市化道路"。在探讨城市群发展时,就一定会触及到城市群集聚效应如何更好发挥的问题。正是基于此,本文以城市群集聚效应为研究对象,通过聚焦和剖析集聚效应的约束条件,指出发展品牌经济是破解约束条件的重要路径,并据此提出了相关建议。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of economy and society, China's urbanization will improve rapidly in the next 20 years. Unlike in the middle of industrialization, the urbanization of the future will take the form of "urban agglomeration" as a whole, which will lead to large-scale population entering the city, and will also promote China to a "compact, intensive". High density of urbanization. When discussing the development of urban agglomeration, the problem of how to exert the agglomeration effect of urban agglomeration must be touched. Based on this, this paper takes the agglomeration effect of urban agglomeration as the research object, through focusing and analyzing the constraint conditions of the agglomeration effect, points out that the development of brand economy is an important way to solve the constraint conditions, and puts forward some relevant suggestions.
