基于知识流动的自主品牌汽车产业创新能力研究

【摘要】:随着汽车产业的快速发展,我国已经成为世界汽车产销大国,然而与此相对应的自主品牌汽车产业的创新能力却十分薄弱,导致自主品牌汽车企业缺乏核心竞争力、盈利能力不足,严重制约自主品牌汽车产业的可续持发展。针对此问题,本文试图探究影响自主品牌汽车产业创新能力发展的本质原因,通过构建一种基于知识流动的评价指标体系并以5家自主品牌汽车企业为实证研究对象,揭示当前自主品牌汽车产业创新能力的优势与不足,从而提出具有针对性的培育路径。对自主品牌汽车产业的发展具有一定借鉴意义。 通过文献分析,归纳和评述了理论界对自主创新、自主创新能力评价与培育、基于知识视角的创新理论以及我国自主品牌汽车产业创新能力的研究成果。在对相关理论的发展历程、现状及前沿动态有效把握的基础上,提出了基于知识流动的自主创新能力提升理论。从深层次揭示了知识流动驱动企业自主创新能力的作用机制,由此构建了基于知识流动的企业自主创新能力的概念模型与理论框架,为探讨自主品牌汽车产业创新能力评价方法与培育策略提供了充分的理论依据。 根据以知识管理为基础的创新管理能力内在关联性,设计和建立了自主品牌汽车产业自主创新能力的评价指标体系。同时,以我国自主品牌汽车产业5家企业的调研数据为评价样本,运用层次分析法——模糊综合评价法相结合的手段对评价指标进行评价,得到5家自主品牌汽车企业知识流动与自主创新能力相关各要素的评价结果,对结果进行了详细的比较与评价。结果表明,我国自主品牌汽车产业在创新投入、创新转化、创新产出及创新管理等方面都存在明显不足,并从知识流动的角度对问题原因进行了深入分析,辨析得到阻碍我国自主品牌汽车产业创新能力提升的影响因素。 得到评价结果的最终目的是为了解决影响我国自主品牌汽车产业发展迟滞的问题。因此,在对我国自主品牌汽车产业创新能力的现状分析和评价比较的基础上,分析了知识导向对自主品牌汽车产业创新能力培育模式的影响,进而依据基于知识流动的自主创新能力理论,从知识流动对应自主创新能力构成的角度,阐发了自主品牌汽车产业创新能力的培育理论与实践路径,有针对性地提出了相关策略与方法,对于提升自主品牌汽车产业创新能力起到一定的借鉴和指导意义。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of automobile industry, our country has become a big country of automobile production and marketing in the world. However, the innovation ability of independent brand automobile industry is very weak, which leads to the lack of core competitiveness of independent brand automobile enterprises. Insufficient profitability seriously restricts the sustainable development of independent brand automobile industry. Aiming at this problem, this paper attempts to explore the essential reasons that affect the development of innovation ability of independent brand automobile industry. By constructing an evaluation index system based on knowledge flow and taking 5 independent brand automobile enterprises as the empirical research object. This paper reveals the advantages and disadvantages of the innovation ability of the independent brand automobile industry, and puts forward the targeted cultivation path. For the development of independent brand automobile industry has certain reference significance. Through literature analysis, this paper summarizes and comments on the research results of independent innovation, evaluation and cultivation of independent innovation ability, innovation theory based on knowledge perspective and innovation ability of independent brand automobile industry in China. On the basis of the development course, current situation and frontier dynamics of relevant theories, this paper puts forward the theory of improving the ability of independent innovation based on knowledge flow. In this paper, the mechanism of knowledge flow driving independent innovation ability is revealed, and the conceptual model and theoretical framework of independent innovation ability based on knowledge flow are constructed. It provides sufficient theoretical basis for the evaluation method and cultivation strategy of innovation ability of independent brand automobile industry. According to the inherent relationship of innovation management ability based on knowledge management, the evaluation index system of independent innovation ability of independent brand automobile industry is designed and established. At the same time, taking the survey data of 5 enterprises of our country's independent brand automobile industry as the evaluation sample, using the method of analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, the evaluation index is evaluated. The evaluation results of the factors related to knowledge flow and independent innovation ability of five independent brand automobile enterprises are obtained, and the results are compared and evaluated in detail. The results show that there are obvious deficiencies in innovation input, innovation transformation, innovation output and innovation management in China's independent brand automobile industry, and the causes of the problems are deeply analyzed from the perspective of knowledge flow. The factors that hinder the innovation ability of our country's independent brand automobile industry are analyzed. The final purpose of obtaining the evaluation result is to solve the problem which affects the slow development of the independent brand automobile industry in China. Therefore, on the basis of analyzing and evaluating the present situation of innovation ability of independent brand automobile industry in China, this paper analyzes the influence of knowledge orientation on the cultivation mode of innovation ability of independent brand automobile industry. Then, according to the theory of independent innovation ability based on knowledge flow, from the angle of knowledge flow corresponding to independent innovation ability, this paper expounds the cultivation theory and practice path of independent brand automobile industry innovation ability. This paper puts forward relevant strategies and methods, which plays a certain reference and guidance significance for improving the innovation ability of independent brand automobile industry.
