湖南品牌卷烟均质化生产管理模式优化研究

【摘要】: 随着《烟草控制框架公约》的签署、关税的逐步下调以及国际知名卷烟的不断涌入,我国烟草行业面临着跨国烟草公司的竞争压力与日俱增。在国家对品牌卷烟的产量规模、经济效益、社会效益的宏观控制下,同类卷烟的相互整合也迅猛发展,品牌卷烟如何在多点生产保证产品均质化,实行较好的规模效益,将是各个烟草企业提高竞争力的重点。面对复杂国际环境和国内局势,湖南中烟工业有限责任公司大力推进深化改革、联合重组,通过品牌卷烟异地均质化生产做大品牌规模,使资源有效整合和优化配置,提高湖南烟草品牌卷烟总体竞争实力。本文通过对国内外烟草著名企业品牌卷烟均质化生产管理模式理论的评述和分析,以及对相关质量管理理论和品牌理论的综述,根据湖南品牌卷烟均质化生产管理现行模式的分析,利用“白沙”品牌卷烟在湖南零陵卷烟厂均质化生产管理模式的探索,通过对“白沙”卷烟在零陵卷烟厂生产的均质化效果评估,对品牌卷烟均质化生产管理模式方面作一些研究,为今后湖南烟草品牌的进一步做大做强打下坚实基础,同时也为国内同行做强品牌做大卷烟市场提供借鉴。
[Abstract]:With the signing of the Framework Convention on Tobacco Control, the gradual reduction of tariffs and the continuous influx of internationally well-known cigarettes, China's tobacco industry is facing increasing competition pressure from transnational tobacco companies. Under the macro-control of national production scale, economic benefits and social benefits of brand cigarettes, the mutual integration of the same kind of cigarettes has also developed rapidly. How to produce brand cigarettes to ensure the homogenization of products and to carry out better scale-benefit is carried out, so as to ensure the homogenization of products in multi-point production. It will be the focus of each tobacco enterprise to improve its competitiveness. In the face of complex international environment and domestic situation, Hunan Zhongyan Industrial Co., Ltd. vigorously promoted the deepening of reform, combined reorganization, through brand cigarette homogenization production in different places to expand the brand scale, so as to effectively integrate and optimize the allocation of resources. Improve the overall competitive strength of Hunan tobacco brand cigarettes. This paper reviews and analyzes the theory of homogeneous production management model of brand cigarette in famous tobacco enterprises at home and abroad, and summarizes the related quality management theory and brand theory. Based on the analysis of the current model of homogenization production management of Hunan brand cigarette, this paper explores the homogenization production management mode of "Baisha" brand cigarette in Quling cigarette Factory, Hunan Province, based on the analysis of the current model of homogenization production management. Through the evaluation of the homogenization effect of "Baisha" cigarette production in Quling cigarette Factory, this paper makes some research on the homogeneous production management mode of brand cigarette, which lays a solid foundation for the further development and strengthening of Hunan tobacco brand in the future. At the same time, it also provides a reference for domestic peers to strengthen the brand to expand the cigarette market.
