【摘要】：正以需求为导向、实用为重点,规范化、制度化的人才发展机制,是澳大利亚人才制度中值得学习的。澳大利亚人口少、历史短,却是全球经济、教育和科技强国。澳大利亚许多科技领域全球领先,仿生耳、隐形眼镜、青霉素、超声波成像技术、飞行安全记录仪(黑匣子)、无线局域网技术(WiFi)等一批在全球有重大影响的科技成果,均出自澳大利亚科学家之手,迄今为止已有14位科学家获得过诺贝尔奖。全国有42所大学和230余所专科技术学院,学历资格在世界各国广受承认,其中5所大学2013-2014年世界大学排名前100位。
[Abstract]:The talent development mechanism, which is demand-oriented, practical, standardized and institutionalized, is worth learning in Australia's talent system. Australia has a small population and a short history, but it is the global economy. Education and technology powerhouse. Australia leads the world in many fields of science and technology, bionic ears, contact lenses, penicillin, ultrasonic imaging technology, flight safety recorder (black box). WLAN technology WiFi. and some of the world's most important scientific and technological achievements, are from the hands of Australian scientists. So far, 14 scientists have won the Nobel Prize. There are 42 universities and 230 technical colleges in China, and their academic qualifications are widely recognized in the world. Five of them ranked in the top 100 of the world universities in 2013-2014.
