【摘要】：正日前,欧洲职业培训发展中心(CEDEFOP)发布主题为"对于技能的投资具有回报:欧盟低技能成年人的经济和社会代价"的研究报告。报告提出,虽然欧盟各国的经济从2008年金融危机以来实现了缓慢复苏,但是危机对于所有欧盟成员国劳动力市场的影响都是复杂而深远的。缺乏就业机会,特别是青年和低技能人口缺乏就业机会已经导致严重的后果,这表现为日益严重的社会排斥、脱离劳动力市场以及人力资源的浪费。
[Abstract]:Just before the occupation training European Development Center (CEDEFOP) released the theme as "a return on the investment in skill: a study of low skilled adults EU economic and social cost". The report, although the EU economy to achieve a slow recovery since the 2008 financial crisis, but the crisis for all members of the European Union the labor market is complex and profound. The lack of employment opportunities, especially the lack of employment opportunities for young and low skilled population has caused serious consequences, such as the increasingly serious social exclusion from the labour market and the waste of human resources.
