饲料企业人力资源的激励机制探究

【摘要】：随着我国市场经济的发展,企业之间的竞争越来越激烈,企业为了能够在激烈的市场竞争环境中去的良好的发展,都开始加强内部管理,通过提高内部管理水平来增加企业的市场竞争能力。人力资源管理作为企业内部管理的重要组成部分受到了各个企业管理人员的高度重视,很多企业为了能够强化人力资源的管理水平,不断地建立健全的激励机制,通过有效的激励机制来提升工作人员的工作积极性,提高工作人员的工作效率,降低企业的人工成本。下面我们就以饲料企业为例,对目前饲料企业在人力资源激励机制建设方面存在的问题进行有效的分析,同时提出一些有效的解决措施,仅供参考。
[Abstract]:With the development of the market economy in our country, the competition among enterprises is becoming more and more intense. In order to develop well in the fierce market competition environment, enterprises have begun to strengthen their internal management. Improve the level of internal management to increase the competitiveness of the market. As an important part of enterprise internal management, human resource management is highly valued by the managers of various enterprises. In order to strengthen the management level of human resources, many enterprises constantly establish a sound incentive mechanism. Through the effective incentive mechanism to enhance the enthusiasm of the staff, improve the efficiency of the staff, and reduce the labor costs of enterprises. Next we take the feed enterprise as an example to carry on the effective analysis to the present fodder enterprise in the human resources incentive mechanism construction question at the same time proposed some effective solutions only for the reference.
