【摘要】：正一、概要(一)人才需求增长迅猛,人才供应稳中有升2016年第三季度通过广西人才网联系统招聘人才的用人单位(简称用人单位,下同)共11375家,需求人才数148249人,求职人才数为190075人,人才供求比为1.28(即人才需求人数或职位数为1时,人才供给或求职人才数为1.28,下同)。其中广西人才网联系统中用人单位数与2015年同期相比增长5.68%,而需求人才数比2015年同期大幅增长31.01%,求职人才数比2015年同期增长1.38%。需求
[Abstract]:First, summary (1) the demand for talent has grown rapidly. The supply of qualified personnel has steadily increased. In the third quarter of 2016, a total of 11375 employing units (referred to as the employing units, the same as the following) have been recruited through the Guangxi Talent Network Federation system, and the number of talents in demand is 148249. The number of job-seekers is 190075, the ratio of supply and demand of talents is 1.28 (that is, the number of people in need of talents or the number of positions is 1, the supply of talents or the number of job-seeking talents is 1.28, the same below).
