农村地区吸引和留住卫生人员的国际经验与启示

【摘要】：文章借鉴世界卫生组织卫生人力资源的分析框架,从教育、规制、经济激励以及职业发展和个人支持四个方面综述部分国家提高农村地区卫生人力资源可及性的成功经验,提出对我国的启示:加快改革农村卫生人员的教育培养模式;转变激励手段,提高经济激励水平;建立和完善非经济激励措施。
[Abstract]:Based on the analysis framework of WHO's health human resources, this paper summarizes the successful experiences of some countries in improving the accessibility of health human resources in rural areas from four aspects: education, regulation, economic incentive, career development and personal support. The enlightenment to our country is to speed up the reform of the education and training model of rural health personnel; To change incentives, improve the level of economic incentives, and establish and improve non-economic incentives.
