新丝绸之路经济带城市人力资源生态系统脆弱性评价

【摘要】：人力资源生态系统是影响区域发展和人才环境优势的一个重要因素,文章将人力资源生态系统研究与生态位适宜度相关理论结合起来,建立人力资源生态系统生态适宜度模型,对新丝绸之路经济带沿线的城市人力资源生态模型与需求生态位联合起来研究,得出城市人力资源生态系统脆弱性指数并绘制其空间分布图,研究结果表明,该区域沿线城市人力资源生态系统脆弱性总体处于中度脆弱状态,西南地区城市脆弱性略高于西北地区,三大经济区城市人力资源生态系统脆弱度相差不大,总体处于中度脆弱性,综合型城市型人力资源生态系统脆弱性低于资源型城市。
[Abstract]:Human resource ecosystem is an important factor affecting regional development and human resource environmental advantage. This paper combines the research of human resource ecosystem with the relevant theory of niche suitability, and establishes the ecological suitability model of human resource ecosystem. The ecological model of urban human resources along the New Silk Road economic belt is studied jointly with the niche of demand, and the vulnerability index of urban human resource ecosystem is obtained and its spatial distribution map is drawn. The vulnerability of urban human resources ecosystem along the region is generally in a moderate fragile state, while the vulnerability of southwest cities is slightly higher than that of northwest China, and the vulnerability of urban human resources ecosystems in the three major economic zones is not different from that in the three major economic zones. The overall vulnerability is moderate, and the vulnerability of comprehensive urban human resources ecosystem is lower than that of resource-based cities.
