角色扮演教学法在“人力资源管理”课教学中的应用

【摘要】:在人力资源管理课程的教学中应用角色扮演教学法能够使理论教学和实践教学有机地结合起来。做好充分的准备是角色扮演教学法取得实效的前提;优化过程是角色扮演教学法取得成效的关键;总结、评价和反馈是提升学生职业认知的重要环节。在应用角色扮演教学法中要注意发挥教师的主导作用和学生的主体性,学校也要提供相应的条件。
[Abstract]:The application of role-playing teaching method in the teaching of human resource management course can combine theoretical teaching and practical teaching organically. Adequate preparation is the prerequisite for the effectiveness of role-playing teaching method, the optimization process is the key to the effectiveness of role-playing teaching method, and summary, evaluation and feedback are important links to improve students' professional cognition. In the application of role-playing teaching method, we should pay attention to the leading role of teachers and the subjectivity of students, and the school should also provide the corresponding conditions.
