胜利油田共青团分类分层引导青年实践探索

【摘要】：分类分层引导青年是共青团组织的基本职能。胜利油田共青团按照党团组织的要求和青年群体的实际变化,从青年组织、培养对象、引导策略三个方面总结提炼出分类分层的工作思路,积极促使企业青年人力资源向青年人才资源有效转化,实现了共青团组织对青年的凝聚、引导和服务,对分层分类引导企业青年和开展企业共青团工作具有普遍的借鉴推广价值。
[Abstract]:It is the basic function of the Communist Youth League to guide young people by classification and stratification. According to the requirements of the Party and League organization and the actual changes of the youth groups, the Shengli Oilfield Communist Youth League summed up and abstracted the working ideas of classification and stratification from three aspects: youth organization, training object and guiding strategy. Actively promoting the effective transformation of young human resources into young human resources in enterprises, and realizing the cohesion, guidance and service of the Communist Youth League organization to young people. It is of general reference value to guide the youth of enterprises and carry out the work of the Communist Youth League of Enterprises.
