独立发动机再制造商模式下物流网络设施选址研究

【摘要】:近几年来,伴随着经济的快速发展,资源与能源的过度消耗、环境污染等问题日益突出,人们不得不思考如何保护环境和节约资源。经过反思人们知道每年大量淘汰的废旧产品堆积、闲置是造成资源浪费和环境污染加剧的重要原因之一。在这样一个背景下,国家提出了发展循环经济的伟大战略方针,并把废旧产品的再制造作为发展循环经济的重要内容。如今的再制造,由于其拥有出色的经济效益与环境效益也越来越被企业所认可,也越来越多的企业开始付出实际行动开展再制造业务。然而,再制造产业在我国还刚刚起步,相关的政策、技术及市场运作机制等方面还需不断完善,需要更多的专家与学者在这一领域做一些对企业有指导性意义的研究。 本文主要是以汽车发动机再制造为研究对象,对该行业的若干问题进行了分析。首先在大量阅读了再制造与发动机再制造的相关文献的基础上探讨发动机再制造产业化发展的可行性。从政策、技术、市场、经济效益、环境效益等方面来论述这种可行性。再制造运作模式是一个企业在进入这一行业所必需面对的问题。根据运作主体的不同分为三大类,原始制造商(OEM)运作模式、独立再制造商(IR)运作模式以及零散小型再制造商(SSR)运作模式。这三种模式各有可取之处,但是经过从再制造成本、发动机售价、规模效应以及市场需求等方面进行综合比较得出独立再制造商(IR)运作模式更符合目前中国发动机再制造产业发展的需要。再制造物流网络的设计是再制造行业发展的基础和关键,,而物流设施的选址又是物流网络设计方面的重要内容之一。本文以再制造逆向物流为研究对象,建立了选址与库存集成优化的非线性整数规划模型,目标函数为成本最小,然后运用遗传算法对模型进行求解,最后以一个算例,验证了模型的可行性。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the rapid development of economy, excessive consumption of resources and energy, environmental pollution and other problems have become increasingly prominent, people have to think about how to protect the environment and save resources. After reflection, people know that a large number of obsolete products accumulate every year, and idle is one of the important reasons for the waste of resources and the intensification of environmental pollution. Under such a background, the country puts forward the great strategic policy of developing circular economy, and regards the remanufacture of waste products as the important content of developing circular economy. Nowadays, because of its outstanding economic and environmental benefits, more and more enterprises begin to pay more and more attention to remanufacturing business. However, the remanufacturing industry is still in its infancy in China, and the related policies, technology and market operation mechanism need to be improved continuously, and more experts and scholars are needed to do some instructive research in this field. In this paper, some problems of automobile engine re-manufacture are analyzed. Firstly, the feasibility of the development of engine remanufacturing industrialization is discussed on the basis of reading a lot of literature about remanufacturing and engine remanufacturing. This feasibility is discussed from the aspects of policy, technology, market, economic benefit and environmental benefit. Remanufacturing operation mode is a problem that an enterprise must face in entering this industry. According to the different operating bodies, there are three main categories: the original manufacturer / OEM (operating mode), the independent manufacturer's (IRR) operating mode and the scattered small manufacturer's (SSRs) operation mode. Each of the three models has its merits, but after remanufacturing costs, the engine is sold at a price. Compared with the scale effect and market demand, it is concluded that the IRR) operation model is more suitable for the development of engine remanufacturing industry in China at present. The design of remanufacturing logistics network is the foundation and key of the development of remanufacturing industry, and the location of logistics facilities is one of the important contents of logistics network design. In this paper, a nonlinear integer programming model for the integration optimization of location selection and inventory is established. The objective function is the minimum cost, and then the genetic algorithm is used to solve the model. Finally, an example is given. The feasibility of the model is verified.
