中国汽车合资企业质量管理能力提升研究

【摘要】：在现代激烈的市场竞争中,质量就是企业的生命线,企业的质量管理能力在很大程度上决定了企业的成败。本文以中国汽车合资企业为研究对象,采用多种研究方法,在质量、质量管理理念以及多种质量管理模式的基础上界定了企业质量管理能力的定义、内涵和特征,并在此基础上阐述了中国汽车合资企业质量管理能力的现状以及影响中国汽车合资企业质量管理能力的因素；之后基于本文对质量管理能力的界定,设计了中国汽车合资企业质量管理能力的评价指标体系,提出了评价模型；然后基于该评价模型对SGMW的质量管理能力进行了实证分析,最后提出了提升中国汽车合资企业质量管理能力的途径。 本论文的主要创新点有：一、提出了质量管理能力的概念,并对质量管理能力的构成要素进行了界定：即质量管理能力包括质量文化管理能力、人员素质管理能力、质量策划能力、供应商质量管理能力、质量过程控制能力、质量持续改进能力、顾客响应能力；二、基于本文提出的质量管理能力理论框架,选取SGMW公司为案例研究的具体对象,通过实地调查、访谈、问卷调查等方式,对SGMW公司实际质量管理能力情况进行实证分析,找出了SGMW在质量管理方面成功和不足,并在此基础上提出了中国汽车合资企业质量管理能力提升的具体措施和途径,同时对未来的研究指明了方向。
[Abstract]:In the fierce market competition, the quality is the lifeline of the enterprise, and the quality management ability of the enterprise determines the success or failure of the enterprise to a great extent. This paper takes the Chinese automobile joint venture as the research object, adopts various research methods, defines the definition, connotation and characteristics of the enterprise quality management ability on the basis of quality, quality management concept and various quality management models. On the basis of this, the paper expounds the present situation of the quality management ability of the Chinese automobile joint venture and the factors that affect the quality management ability of the Chinese automobile joint venture. Then, based on the definition of quality management ability in this paper, the evaluation index system of quality management ability of Chinese automobile joint venture is designed, and the evaluation model is put forward. Then, based on the evaluation model, the paper makes an empirical analysis on the quality management capability of SGMW, and finally puts forward a way to improve the quality management capability of Chinese automobile joint ventures. The main innovations of this paper are as follows: first, the concept of quality management ability is put forward, and the constituent elements of quality management ability are defined: quality management ability includes quality culture management ability, personnel quality management ability. Quality planning, supplier quality management, quality process control, quality continuous improvement, customer responsiveness; Secondly, based on the theoretical framework of quality management capability proposed in this paper, SGMW Company is selected as the specific object of the case study. Through field investigation, interview, questionnaire and other methods, the actual quality management ability of SGMW company is empirically analyzed. This paper finds out the success and deficiency of SGMW in quality management, and on this basis, puts forward the concrete measures and ways to improve the quality management ability of Chinese automobile joint ventures, and points out the direction of future research.
