【摘要】：正 根据联邦德国基本法和审计院法规定,联邦审计院是最高联邦机构,是独立的财政监督机构,只受法律约束。其法定职能是协助联邦议院、联邦参议院和联邦政府作出决议。联邦审计院由审计局、审计处组成,在履行特定职能时可建立审计小组。联邦审计院的成员包括:院长、副院长、各审计局长和审计处长,这些成员享有司法独立地位。
[Abstract]:According to the basic Law of the Federal Republic of Germany and the Law of the Audit Institute, the Federal Audit Institute is the highest federal body, an independent financial supervision body, subject only to the law. Its statutory function is to assist the Bundestag, the Federal Senate and the Federal Government in making resolutions. The Federal Audit Institute is composed of the Audit Office and the Audit Office, which may establish audit teams in the performance of specific functions. The members of the Federal Audit Institute include the President, the Vice President, the Directors of Audit and the Director of Audit, who enjoy judicial independence.
