【摘要】：随着"互联网+"招标采购的深入发展,政府采购部分项目通过网上竞价的方式来确定供应商的技术已日渐成熟,网上竞价能满足小额零星设备采购的需要,是现有采购方式的有效补充。本文作者介绍了网上竞价方式产生的背景及亮点、介绍了网上竞价方式运用的态势及角色分工,最后针对网上竞价存在的问题提出若干建议,旨为稳健推行网上竞价提供决策参考。
[Abstract]:With the further development of "Internet" bidding and procurement, some government procurement projects through the way of online bidding to determine the suppliers of technology has become increasingly mature, online bidding can meet the needs of small piecemeal equipment procurement. This paper introduces the background and bright spot of online bidding, introduces the situation and role division of online bidding. Finally, some suggestions on the problems of online bidding are put forward in order to provide a decision reference for the steady implementation of online bidding.
