【摘要】：正人才是我国财政百年基业的重要保证,是支撑财税治理和治理能力现代化的决定因素,是我国财政税收参与全球治理、开展国际合作、赢得竞争优势的关键力量。因此,在全面深入推进我国财税改革,迈向大国财政、大国税收的发展进程中,切实重视财政税收现代化教育培养体系建设,加快高素质、专业化、国际化财政税务人才培养和储备,应当成为破解财政税收发展瓶颈,建立强大稳固的现代化财政体系,推进实现财税治理能力现代化的优先选项。深入学习,提升推进财税治理能力现代化的紧迫感使命感
