美国政府危机救助行为的比较研究

【摘要】：本文从历史发展视角对比分析了美国政府对1929年经济大萧条和2007年次贷危机的救助行为。分析表明:同1929~1933年经济大萧条的政府救助相比,本次金融危机的政府救助更加全面而成熟,具体表现在开展救助时机较为及时、救助对象多样、救助主体之间广泛开展合作。
[Abstract]:From the perspective of historical development, this paper analyzes the rescue behavior of American government to the Great Depression of 1929 and the subprime mortgage crisis in 2007.The analysis shows that compared with the government assistance of the Great Depression from 1929 to 1933, the government rescue in this financial crisis is more comprehensive and mature, which is manifested in the timely timing of the rescue, the variety of rescue objects, and the extensive cooperation between the rescue subjects.
