“营改增”对企业的影响及对策分析——以建筑企业为例

【摘要】：随着社会经济制度的改革,为了推进产业结构的优化和产业转型,我国实施了"营改增"的赋税制度。"营改增"的推行在一定程度上减轻了各个行业的税负压力,并且对我国市场中的产能过剩和供需矛盾等问题起到了缓解作用。在建筑施工行业,由于其自身的复杂性,实施"营改增"可以形成一种有效的监督体系,对施工企业转包、分包等环节起到有效的规范作用。本文主要通过分析"营改增"对建筑施工企业税负和账务处理等造成的影响,探讨"营改增"形势下建筑施工企业的发展措施,旨在为我国建筑企业的财务运行提供参考。
[Abstract]:With the reform of social economic system, in order to promote the optimization of industrial structure and industrial transformation, our country has implemented the tax system of "business reform and increase". "To a certain extent, the implementation of "Business Reform and increase" lightens the pressure on the tax burden of various industries, and has played a role in alleviating the problems of overcapacity and contradiction between supply and demand in our country's market.In the construction industry, because of its complexity, the implementation of "business reform and increase" can form an effective supervision system, which plays an effective role in regulating the subcontracting and subcontracting of construction enterprises.This paper mainly analyzes the influence of "business transformation and increase" on the tax burden and account handling of construction enterprises, and probes into the development measures of construction enterprises under the situation of "business reform and increase", in order to provide reference for the financial operation of construction enterprises in China.
