财政支出规模、结构对城乡收入差距影响的实证研究

【摘要】：财政支出规模与结构对城乡收入差距具有重要影响。基于1978~2013年财政支出规模与结构的时间序列数据,分别构建了向量自回归模型(VAR)和误差修正模型(ECM)实证研究对城乡收入差距的具体影响。结果表明,财政支出规模短期不利于缩小城乡收入差距,但长期却是有利的,然而影响效果并不明显。不同类型的财政支出项目对城乡收入差距的影响不尽相同,其中科教文卫支出和社会保障支出有利于改善城乡收入差距过大的趋势,一般公共服务支出则加剧了城乡收入差距。
[Abstract]:The scale and structure of fiscal expenditure have an important impact on the income gap between urban and rural areas. Based on the time series data of the scale and structure of the fiscal expenditure in 1978~2013, the concrete effects of the vector autoregressive model (VAR) and the error correction model (ECM) on the urban-rural income gap are constructed respectively. The results show that the short term of the fiscal expenditure is unfavorable to the contraction. The income gap between urban and rural areas is favorable, but the effect is not obvious for a long time, but the effect of different types of financial expenditure on the income gap between urban and rural areas is different. The expenditure of science and education, education and security expenditure and social security expenditure are beneficial to improve the trend of the gap between urban and rural income, and the general public service expenditure aggravates the income difference between urban and rural areas.
