新常态下辽宁经济与国税收入发展关系分析

【摘要】：本文基于近年来辽宁经济发展和国税收入数据,总结归纳出新常态下辽宁国税收入呈现出的新特点,探寻税收与经济发展之间的内在联系和客观规律,判断在经济增速放缓条件下辽宁国税收入增速回落的合理区间,并根据辽宁经济运行特点,提出促进稳增长的若干建议,以期对辽宁"十三五"规划和未来经济发展有所裨益。
[Abstract]:Based on the data of Liaoning's economic development and national tax revenue in recent years, this paper sums up the new characteristics of the national tax revenue in Liaoning under the new normal state, explores the internal relations and objective laws between tax and economic development, and judges the reasonable interval of the decline of the national tax revenue in Liaoning under the conditions of economic growth slowdown, and according to the economic transport of Liaoning. In line with its characteristics, we put forward some suggestions to promote steady growth in order to benefit Liaoning's "13th Five-Year plan" and future economic development.
