[Abstract]:In December 2011, the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous region (hereinafter referred to as "two provinces (districts)") signed the "Twelfth Five-Year Plan" Framework Agreement on Strategic Cooperation between Guangdong and Guangxi, which was first proposed.
