宁波市软件产业空间格局演化及其区位选择

【摘要】：基于宁波市2006、2010、2014年软件企业数据,以街道为研究的空间单元,探讨了宁波市软件企业空间分布及其演化特征。进一步,采用负二项回归模型,验证影响宁波软件企业空间分布及区位选择的影响因素,并比较其对基础软件企业、应用软件企业及其他软件企业的影响差异。结果发现:截至2014年,宁波市软件企业的区位选择表现出"两心·一带"的空间分布格局,但产业集聚中心位置从中心城区向郊区转移,2006年之前宁波软件企业主要集聚在市中心海曙区的江厦街道和南门街道,之后以鄞州区的梅墟街道和首南街道为集聚中心,呈现典型的郊区化集聚格局。区位通达性、集聚要素、政府政策对软件企业的区位选择具有显著影响,应用软件企业受区位通达性、办公楼条件及产业基础的影响明显大于基础软件企业和其他软件企业,而基础软件企业和其他软件企业对软件园区和现代服务业集聚区等政府政策则更为敏感。
[Abstract]:Based on the data of software enterprises in Ningbo in 2006 / 2010 and 2014, the spatial distribution and evolution characteristics of software enterprises in Ningbo are discussed based on the spatial unit of street study. Furthermore, the negative binomial regression model is used to study the spatial distribution and evolution characteristics of software enterprises in Ningbo. To verify the influence factors on the spatial distribution and location choice of Ningbo software enterprises, and to compare their effects on basic software enterprises, application software enterprises and other software enterprises. The location choice of software enterprises in Ningbo shows the spatial distribution pattern of "two cores". Before 2006, Ningbo software enterprises were mainly concentrated on Jiangxia Street and Nanmen Street in Haishu District, and then on Meixu Street and Shonan Street in Yinzhou District. It presents a typical suburbanization agglomeration pattern. Location accessibility, agglomeration elements, government policies have a significant impact on the location choice of software enterprises, and the application software enterprises are subject to location accessibility. The influence of office building conditions and industrial foundation is obviously greater than that of basic software enterprises and other software enterprises, while basic software enterprises and other software enterprises are more sensitive to government policies such as software parks and modern service agglomeration areas.
