【摘要】：正道家思想主要集中在《道德经》中,其内容可谓"综罗百代、广博精微",涉及哲学、家教、文学、美学、经济学、管理学、医学、军事等诸多方面,古今往来倍受国内外众多学者的关注,成为传统文化的经典之作。从政治学的角度看,《道德经》还包含着丰富的领导智慧,《道德经》也是一部重要的领导学著作。一、用人之道l、有容乃大。有道是"海纳百川,有容乃大"。一个优秀的领导者必须做到
[Abstract]:The thought of Zhengdaoism is mainly concentrated in the Book of Ethics. Its contents can be described as "comprehensive Luo hundred generations, extensive and subtle", involving philosophy, family education, literature, aesthetics, economics, management, medicine, military and many other aspects. Ancient and modern exchanges have attracted the attention of many scholars at home and abroad and become classic works of traditional culture. From the perspective of political science, the Book of Ethics also contains rich leadership wisdom. "the Book of Ethics" is also an important work of leadership.
