【摘要】：正现代领导科学理论的内容十分丰富,学术观点也多种多样,其中关于领导活动本质、领导决策方式、领导关系模式和领导方法等方面的重要思想尤其值得关注和思考。
[Abstract]:The theory of modern leadership science is very rich in content and academic viewpoints are also varied, among which the important thoughts on the essence of leadership activities, the mode of leadership decision-making, the mode of leadership relationship and the method of leadership are especially worthy of attention and consideration.
