做好年终考评工作须注意的事项

【摘要】:每到年末岁首,各部门、各单位都要按照惯例进行年终总结和考评,领导干部还要作述职报告。然而,在一些地方和单位,逐渐把这种必要的工作形式弄成了形式主义,变成了不得不走的过场。如何避免这一不良倾向,使述职报告和年终考评真正取得实效?基于这一考虑,本刊特约请几位作者撰文对这个问题作一探讨。
[Abstract]:At the beginning of each year at the end of each year, all departments and units should carry out year-end reviews and appraisals in accordance with the usual practice, and leading cadres should make reports on their duties. However, in some localities and units, this necessary form of work has gradually become formalistic. It has become a foregone conclusion. How to avoid this undesirable tendency so that the reporting report and the year-end review will really be effective? Based on this consideration, we have invited several authors to write about this problem.
