公众需要和接受怎样的领导——关于领导价值的思考

【摘要】:领导活动区别于一般的管理活动的重要特征在于它是关涉人与人之间关系的活动,是关涉人的利益和需要、人的价值和实现的活动。领导价值是对领导活动的宗旨、使命的预设、定位,这种预设、定位既体现为领导动机的抉择,也体现为领导活动"游戏规则"的"制度安排"。无论何种场景下,真正的领导活动,合理的价值预设都是关涉社会共同体共同利益和需要(包括公共利益和个人利益两个方面)的行动,也关涉领导者能否合理合法地实现个人价值的问题。价值预设是一切领导活动、领导者无法回避的重大问题。合理的价值预设、定位尽管不能全部解决公众或领导者在领导活动中所遇到的所有困惑、难题,但它至少可以将"领导"、"领导者"的活动置于具有合理性和社会认可的逻辑起点和行动准则之上。
[Abstract]:The important characteristic of leadership is that it is related to the relationship between people, the interests and needs of people, the value of people and the activities to be realized. Mission presupposition, orientation, this presupposition and orientation are not only the choice of leadership motivation, but also the "institutional arrangement" of the "rules of the game" of leadership activities. Reasonable value presuppositions are actions concerning the common interests and needs of the social community (both public interest and personal interest). It also concerns whether the leader can reasonably and legally realize his personal value. Value presupposition is a major problem that can not be evaded by any leader. Reasonable value presupposition, Although the orientation can not completely solve all the puzzles and problems encountered by the public or the leader in the leadership activities, it can at least place the activities of the "leaders" and "leaders" above the logical starting points and the rules of action which are reasonable and socially acceptable.
