并行工程多学科工作小组的决策模式和集体设计的支持

【摘要】：按信息是否完备，，决策可以分为设计活动和选择活动。在并行工程多学科工作小组中，这两种活动总是在不断交替进行。个人有限的认知能力与复杂多变的环境之间的冲突是设计中的主要问题。因此，对小组决策的支持一方面要有信息系统来扩展成员的认知能力，另一方面需要有有效的决策机制来保障成员决策的一致性。文中最后给出了几种优化多学科工作小组设计活动的群决策机制
[Abstract]:According to whether the information is complete, the decision can be divided into design activities and selection activities.In the multi-disciplinary working group of concurrent engineering, these two kinds of activities are always alternating.The conflict between individual's limited cognitive ability and complex and changeable environment is the main problem in design.Therefore, on the one hand, it is necessary to have information system to expand the cognitive ability of the members, and on the other hand, an effective decision-making mechanism is needed to ensure the consistency of the decision making of the members.At the end of the paper, several group decision making mechanisms for optimizing the design activities of multidisciplinary working groups are given.
