领导学研究应注意处理好几个关系

【摘要】：正领导学是一门复杂的学科,其复杂性不仅表现在其研究对象上,还表现在其研究取向、内容、方法、成果等的表达形式上。正确地把握领导学研究的立场、方法,处理好领导学中所涉及的基本关系,对领导学的建设与发展具有重要意义。
[Abstract]:Positive leadership is a complex subject, its complexity is not only in its research object, but also in its research orientation, content, methods, results and other forms of expression.It is of great significance for the construction and development of leadership to correctly grasp the position and method of leadership study and deal with the basic relationship involved in leadership study.
