毁害型领导:领导研究的新视角

【摘要】：随着以暴露领导灰暗面为主题的调查报告的刊出,毁害型领导越来越引起研究者的关注。毁害型领导指的是领导者反复表现出来的侵犯组织合法权益,并对下属和组织造成严重伤害的系统化的行为。文章介绍了毁害型领导的特点和结构模型;论述了毁害型领导的影响后果、产生条件和调节因素;最后指出,毁害型领导的研究应当以毁害型领导的识别、毁害型领导的产生机制、毁害型领导的应对策略等问题作为进一步探讨的重点。
[Abstract]:With the publication of the investigation report on exposing the dark side of leadership, destructive leadership has attracted more and more attention of researchers.Destructive leadership refers to the systematic behavior of leaders who repeatedly violate the legitimate rights and interests of organizations and cause serious harm to subordinates and organizations.This paper introduces the characteristics and structural models of destructive leadership, discusses the influence of destructive leadership, its producing conditions and regulating factors, and finally points out that the research of destructive leadership should be based on the identification of destructive leadership.The production mechanism of destructive leaders and the coping strategies of destructive leaders are the key points of further discussion.
